Meet Karen Davis, ACSW
As both a social worker and a daughter, mother, and family member, I understand that aging is about much more than healthcare.
Families often find themselves managing appointments, advocating for services, coordinating care, and making difficult decisions while trying to maintain peace of mind.
I created Aging Well Care Navigation to bridge the gap between medical care, daily living support, and emotional connection.
My goal is simple: to ensure aging adults and their families feel supported, informed, and never alone during life's transitions.

Why Aging Well Exists
Over the years, both professionally and personally, I have seen how quickly families can become overwhelmed when an aging loved one's needs begin to change.
Appointments multiply. Decisions become more complex. Family members often find themselves trying to navigate healthcare, community resources, paperwork, and care planning with little guidance or support.
Aging Well was created to provide the kind of practical, compassionate support families need during these transitions — helping older adults and their loved ones feel informed, connected, and never alone in the process.
